Baby Steps

Went shoe shopping today for myself for the first time in ages and actually had the moment when I realized that I was looking for big people shoes without velcro straps. I found myself feeling a little awkward and stressed at the idea of tying a bow with shoelaces.

Rabbit ear, Rabbit ear, loop around and through the hole.

Too much children's programming...

At the end of an episode of Kipper the Dog on Sprout my husband turns to me to observe...

"Huh, how about that...the talking dog and the talking pig are suprised that the parrot can talk."

Time to change the channel.
